Policy on Returns and Exchanges
At Fatakse.com we are available at your service and try to provide a comfort zone for all. A trust is required to be established between all to grow.We cannot spell SUCCESS without you.
In case you need to return a product which is not satisfactory,drop us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number in the subject line and we will take care of the rest.
1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2goto my account and opt for return request, search for your order Create a return request.
3Once approved our logistic partner will reach your place for pick up*.
4If LOGISTIC PARTNER not available for pick up at your place .Please self ship the product after approval.Send the parcel to the Consignor address(Vendor)
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
- Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
- To return the items, Customers must go to MY ACCOUNT and create the return request .
- Once approved our logistic team reaches your place for pick up
- If a pickup is unavailable we would request you kindly get it self shipped to the consignor address(vendor). Please email the self shipped consignment slip at email@example.com. Make sure the consignment reaches the warehouse of the consignor within 7(seven) days after the return request.
- If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through ‘cash on delivery' mode, and if your payment is made through credit/ debit card or any net banking then the amount is credited back to your account from which the payment was made.
- Your returns must reach the Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
- Your returns not validated by our Quality team will be shipped back to you on to pay basis as per your request received via email.
- If self shipped the customer are forwarded with the courier charges as store credits which can be exchanged with any purchase.
- as NEFT for payments made through ‘cash on delivery' mode
- if your payment is made through credit/debit card or any net banking then the amount is credited back to your account from which the payment was made
- It can also be provided as store credits to make another purchase
NO RETURN /EXCHANGE
Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange"; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from our vendor's side.

As you will appreciate that lingerie, swim wear & intimate wear involve hygiene concern, the same shall not be considered for return as well.
