Once you have packed the product and changed the order status to Ready for ship, you will have to generate pickup request and our delivery team will pickup the package packed with the packaging materials required.

Yes, You are allowed to cancel any order you have received. But the cancelation is not allowed more than 2(two) in a week and greater than 5(five) in a month.
If you have listed your products In-Stock, you can not cancel it.
Yes ,if the cancellation is more than 2(two) in a week and greater than 5(five) in a month.Since we are not allowing cancelations of particular items in a order,hence is not chargable in this case
RMA will be generated by customers if shipped item will fall under our defined criterias.
